1.Gel Balls Usage : Please put gel balls in clean and filtered water for 8-10 hours (for pistols, put the gel balls in the water for 4 to 5 hours is enough), and make sure water covers them. After then, pour-out water and keep them inside sealed plastic bottle, otherwise, it will affect bullet size and usage .If gel balls are too small or too big, they won’t able to get in clip pipeline and to be pushed out. If no bullet comes out, should consider about this point , it is not quality problem. And don't mix different kind of gel balls.                                                                     2.After-sale Service :Before shipment, I will always test products of your order, and take picture and video to prove that all of them are working and in good condition , to avoid unreasonable refund from customers. You will also need to take a unboxing video when you open the box and try the product at the first time. If there is any quality problem , you can get after sale service by this video .Without the video, we can not take any responsibility, because the problem could be caused by wrong and improper operation .                                                                            3.When you put gel ball inside magazine (clip) and drum, please filter out water, don’t put too much water inside, it will cause damage to motor of magazine .                                 4.Please do not leave when battery is charging .                                       5.Different battery is with specific charger. DO NOT use 7.4v battery charger to charge 11.1 v battery, it could cause a fire. Please take the battery out or disconnect the battery when you don't play the toy, to maintain life span of the battery.                                                                             6.Before you connect the battery, please check and make sure it is not too hot or bulgy. And the battery skin is not broken. If so , please don't use that battery and take a picture to me .                                                                             7.Please use the correct gel ball kind that we send in the box. DO NOT use extra hard gel balls to kids models & Do not use regular gel ball to those upgraded models which with super strong power. Please use extra hard gel ball to the pistols you bought from me .
